I still have a strong arm but I am sure it might take some practice to catch up to a fastball. I play golf pretty seriously and haven't lost my hands or swing, just some timing I am sure. I tried to teach some friends here to play wiffleball, I got a set here, but they weren't really getting it. anyways you guys ever get together to practice, just let me know! go Phillies cool, I played 3rd base and left field for 10 years when I was young and I haven’t played since and am now 26.
